Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Food Jawn, we hope that you're satisfied with every purchase made but we realize that may not always be the case. Therefore our Refund & Exchange Policy is as follows:

Prepared Foods and Made to Order Drinks:

All Prepared Foods and Made to Order Drink Sales are final. Exchanges can be made at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any refund and/or exchange.

 

Specialty Goods Purchased In-Store: 

With the exception of perishable and/or temperature sensitive products, all unopened Specialty Goods accompanied with dated proof of purchase, are eligible for a full refund within 14 Days of Purchase. Please note a 3.5% Transaction fee applies to all Credit/Debit Card refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange.

Unopened perishable and/or temperature sensitive products may be considered for a full refund if returned within 1 Hour of purchase, accompanied with dated proof of purchase and are ultimately subject to our discretion. Please note a 3.5% Transaction fee applies to all Credit/Debit Card refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange.

Specialty Goods Purchased Online:

All Unopened purchases made online are eligible for a full refund or Exchange within 30 Days of Purchase. To initiate the Online Return Process, Contact us via Email, Chat, Phone or In-Person. You'll be asked to provide Dated Proof of Purchase and additionally, you may be asked to provide photos of the product or bring the product with you if returning in-person. Please note a 3.5% Transaction fee applies to all in-person Credit/Debit Card refunds and an 18% Restocking Fee apples to all returns not made in-person, unless otherwise noted by the manager responsible for accepting your return. Ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange.
